rostrvm OutBound facilitates the dialling of telephone calls and the generation of emails and SMS texts on behalf of specific agents or groups of agents.  It ensures that you maximise your opportunities with well managed proactive contact with your customer base.

Key characteristics of rostrvm OutBound are:

Supports a range of dialling modes - predictive, progress & preview - for flexibility and productivity;
Provides contact initiation through a number of media types (i.e. telephone calls, emails, SMS texts);
Uses advanced dialling algorithms in association with real-time information about your contact centre to optimise outbound activity;
Provides an extensive suite of management tools to allow the configuration and maintenance of your OutBound system;
Integrates with a range of desktop applications, including scripting from rostrvm CallGuide, to support the contact process;
Designed to meet Ofcom requirements, EU directives on distance selling and Information Commissioner's Office guidelines on best practice.

Since rostrvm OutBound is in control of the outbound contact process it is also able to record what happens to every contact attempt that it makes and is able to log this outcome within its database.  This information is then subsequently available for reporting purposes and to support inbound calls from the same contacts.
