Agent sessions can be used when setting up redial rules associated with an outbound campaign or list as part of the rostrvm dialler functionality.  By default three sessions are defined (morning, afternoon and evening).  These can be modified or additional sessions added and removed.

Sessions Panel

Details of the agent session entries in the rostrvm database.

Session Name - the name of the session (e.g. morning, afternoon, evening);
Session Start Time - the start time for this session;
Session End Time - the end time for this session;
Destination Type - defines which telephone number will be used for callbacks to be made in this session (cyclic for all).

 

From here you can:

Create - click the Create button on the Sessions panel to add a new entry;
Modify - click the Session Name of an existing entry to view and modify the session details.
