Manage the properties of an individual outbound agent session.


General Tab

General information regarding this agent session.

Session Name - the name of the session (e.g. morning, afternoon, evening);
Session Start Time - the start time for this session;
Session End Time - the end time for this session;
Destination Type - defines which telephone number will be used for callbacks to be made in this session (cyclic for all).
