General information regarding this agent session.
| • | Session Name - the name of the session (e.g. morning, afternoon, evening); |
| • | Session Start Time - the start time for this session; |
| • | Session End Time - the end time for this session; |
| • | Destination Type - defines which telephone number will be used for callbacks to be made in this session (cyclic for all). |
