Campaign Status Panel
This panel is a repeat of the panel on the Campaign Admin screen (see this display for display details).
Business Outcomes Panel
| • | Business Outcome - a dynamic list of all the configured reportable business outcome categories; |
| • | Value - the number of Outbound calls that have been categorised with this category as the call outcome. |
Account Termination Reasons Panel
| • | Pie chart - showing a count of termination reasons for accounts dialled in the date range. |
Call Profile Panel
| • | Bar chart - showing the percentage of Nuisance, Answer Machine, Connects and Non Connects calls for every 15 minute period; |
