Access to Management Information displays by individual users and groups of users can be controlled through permissions.

In order to perform an administration task the user must be allowed to perform the task (through the user's role) and also have the appropriate object permission.  For example, a team leader can only suspend campaigns for those call classes for which he has object permissions.

Object permissions control which users and/or group of users can access particular parts of Manager Management Information displays and administration.  Options are available to allow or disallow users access completely to specific displays, or to restrict the data visible on particular displays and to restrict administration tasks for specific users.

Permissions are set through the Permissions and Visibility tabs on the various object properties.  They can be set for:

Manager Display - restricts the user or user group access completely to the selected display(s);
Call Class - restricts the user or user group visibility and control to the selected call classes (or campaigns) only;
Queue - restricts the user or user group visibility and control to the selected ACD queues only;
User Group - restricts the user or user group visibility and control to the selected user groups only.
