Manage the properties of an individual do not call entry.  Selecting multiple entries from the Do Not Call panel and then navigating to the Properties page allows the management of multiple entries at the same time.


Settings Tab

General attribute that define your account or telephone number that should not be dialled.

Account Reference - identifies the account that should not be dialled (may be blank if telephone number is set);
Telephone Number - identifies an individual telephone number that should not be dialled (may be blank if account reference is set);
Reason Description - the reason that this account or telephone number should not be dialled.  This is selected for a drop-down list of your configured DNC reason codes.  Simply type in a new name should a new DNC reason code be required (this is automatically created when this record is saved);
Expiry Date - the date at which this entry can be ignored and hence the account or telephone number can then be dialled.

 


Advanced Tab

Attributes associated with predictive dialling campaigns only.

Campaign - if set from the drop-down list of configured campaigns, this account or telephone number will only be excluded from being dialled for this campaign;
List - if set from the drop-down list of configured lists, this account or telephone number will only be excluded from being dialled for this list.
