To create a new do not call entry click the Create button from the Do Not Call panel on the Do Not Call report.
To modify the properties of an existing do not call entry click Creation Date from the Do Not Call panel on the Do Not Call report. To modify multiple entries select those to be managed and then click any one of the selected Creation Date values.
