Manage the properties of an individual do not call reason code.
General Tab
General information identifying the reason code and to which campaigns it belongs.
| • | Reason - the name of the new do not call reason code; |
| • | Reason is available for Classes/Campaigns - assign this new entry for a specific or list of call classes and campaigns by clicking the arrow buttons to move between Available and Selected. |
Operations
From here you can:
| • | Save - click the Save button to apply the changes. If this is a new entry it will appear on the Do Not Call report; |
| • | Delete - click the Delete button to remove the entry. |
