Manage the properties of an individual list entry.
General Tab
General attributes that define your dialling list.
| • | Dialling Order - the name of the dialler or data store field to be used to determine the order in which the non-filtered accounts should be dialled (this can either be Ascending or Descending by selecting the appropriate option). |
Redial Rules Tab
Allows the setting of rules to determine how no contact calls are treated (e.g. should they be terminated or re-tried later).
Operations
From here you can:
| • | Save - to save the changes to any updated properties; |
| • | Delete - to delete the list. |
