<Data Stores and Import Profiles Report   How to navigate to this page>   Typical display>

Manage the data held within individual data store.  From here the data can be viewed, changed and deleted.

A rostrvm data store is essentially a database table into which data can be imported. It is used by the rostrvm OutBound product to hold customer account information.

Data stores are normally created and defined as part of setting up an Import Profile although it is possible however to create an internal data store before defining an import profile first.

Records Tab

Shows the data held in this data store.  Records are displayed in batches of 100 rows.  Scrolling to the bottom of the display will read in the next 100 records.

Data Store Records - A list of all data store records.  The header names in this table reflect the column names in the data store.

From here you can:

Change the data within a record - click the column within a record that you wish to change.  An editable dialog box is displayed allowing you to change the content.  Click away and then click the Save button to save the changes.
Select a query to filter data store records - select a filter from the drop-down selector box to filter the records that are displayed.  Named filters are  created using the Filters Report dialog.
Delete the filtered records - if a named display filter has been applied, these records can be deleted by clicking the delete button next to the filter selector.  If no filter has been applied, click the delete button to delete all the records from the data store.  A confirmation dialog is displayed to OK or Cancel the action.

Columns Tab

This dialog allows you to change which columns are displayed in the Records tab.  Select a column name and click the arrow buttons in the middle to either  add this column to, or remove this column from the display.  The contents of the data store are unaffected by this operation (i.e. the column is not added or removed from the data store itself, it is simply added or removed from the display).

Note that the Save button at the top of the page applies to the data on the Reports tab.  It does not save the selected columns.
