Manage the properties of an individual filter.


General Tab

The details of the dialling filter.

Filter Name - the name of the dialling filter;

Data Store - the data store from which the filter rules are built;

Query Builder - allows the build of the filter conditions.

 

From here you can:

Create complex dialling filters using the Query Builder.

 


Campaigns Tab

The campaign(s) to which this filter should be applied.  Filters cannot be assigned to campaigns that have shared lists and hence such campaigns will not appear in the Available column.

Available - a list of all available campaigns;
Selected - a list of all selected campaigns;
Arrow Keys - use these to apply the filter to these campaigns.

 


Lists Tab

The lists(s) to which this filter should be applied.  If the filter has already been applied to a campaign then any lists associated with this campaign will automatically appear in the Selected column.

Available - a list of all available lists;
Selected - a list of all selected lists;
Arrow Keys - use these to apply the filter to these lists.

 


Results Tab

If the filter has been applied and is associated with either a List or a Campaign, then this will show the results of the filter application.  This will include the account reference and the list / campaign details of those accounts that have been filtered in.  It also shows the data store columns that were used as part of the filter.  If the filter is not associated with a List or a Campaign then this tab is not available.


Operations

If you have a list selected, the following operations are available by clicking the appropriate button at the top of the display:

Save - to save the changes to any updated properties;
Delete - to delete the filter.
