The rostrvm Keys application provides a mechanism for Windows based applications to respond to actions and events triggered from rostrvm, without the business applications it is interacting with having to be modified to interface with rostrvm.
Typically, this can be used to trigger a look-up in a business application in response to a call being received. This business application could be a main-frame server type application, which is presented to the agent in a 'green-screen' terminal emulator window.
