User Status Codes are used by client applications to identify the reason for:

an agent logging off the ACD;
an agent changing to the Not Ready state;
a user recording back office type activities in an appropriate application.

When using Web Advisor User Status Codes are only displayed if associated with a system, User Group or User Group Profile.

Pre-defined User Status Codes

It should be noted that for CallDirector ACD systems there are a number of pre-defined user status codes. Codes 10001 to 10004 are pre-defined agent logoff reason codes which are used by rostrvm when the agent is logged off automatically by the system. User status codes 10005 and above are various logoff and not ready reasons set by some rostrvm components and user actions performed through Manager.

These pre-defined status codes are not displayed in Manager and should not be deleted from the database. User defined status codes must be set at less than 10000.
