<Stations Report   How to navigate to this page>   Typical display>

Manage the properties of a specific station.

General Tab

Details used to uniquely identify the station.

Name - a unique name for the station;
Description - a textual description of the station;
Computer or User Name - the PC name or user name associated with this device;
Switch - the switch to which this station belongs (normally Invex).

Invex Tab

Details to determine how your station is to be used in your system environment.

Type - the type of Invex control to be performed on this device (one of Agent Phone - On Demand, Agent Phone - Constant, or ScreenPhone);
VoIP Device ID - The target SIP URI or device Name for the nailed-up link.  For inbound DDI calls from the legacy telephone network, the identifier must be a sub-set of the 'called-number' and 'destination-pattern' used by the gateway for the 'dial-peer' set-up.  If no DDI calls are to be made to stations, the identity may be any unique string.  When using hardware IP phones, the identity must match the 'user id' configured on the IP phone.  This is set to the station Name by default and should not be changed unless necessary;
Nail Up CLI - the nail up CLI presented to the station when the nail up is established.  This is also the device that is used (Routing Number) for nailing up to an Agent Phone device by dialling into rostrvm (VoIP Device ID is blank in this case).  The script associated with this device prompts the user for agent logon details and logs them on.
