Manage the properties of a specific scheduled report.


General Tab

Details of how this report should be scheduled.

Enabled - enable/disable the scheduling of this report;
Email Destination - the email address destination (mandatory if File Transfer Server is not set);
Frequency - the frequency of the sending of the report (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly).  This may also be set to Interval which allows the report to be scheduled on specific days and between specific times only;
Interval in minutes (only available when Frequency is set to Interval) - the interval time between the report being sent;
Between time (only available when Frequency is set to Interval) - the times between which the report will be sent;
On days (only available when Frequency is set to Interval) - tick box list of days on which the report will be sent;
Time - (only available when Frequency is not set to Interval) - the time that the report is sent;
Format for attachment(s) - PDF (presentation/printing) and/or CSV file (spreadsheet) with the option to put the headers in the CSV file or not.

 


File Transfer Tab

Allows the scheduled report to be copied to another server.

Server - the name or IP address of the file server to which the report output file will be copied  (mandatory if General  Email Destination is not set);
User Name - the user name required to logon to the file server;
Password - the password required to logon to the file server;
Directory/File Name - the directory or file name on the server to place the report.  This entry will be treated as a file name if it has an extension.  The time and date can be put into the name using the following substitutions:
   %d - Current day number
   %m - Current month number
   %Y - Current 4-digit year
   %H - Current hour
   %M - Current minute
Zip Report File - if set this report will be placed in a zip file.  The option to add a password to the zip file is provided.
Port - the port (if blank the standard port for the selected protocol below is used - e.g. 21 for FTP);
Protocol - the file transfer protocol to use (for example FTP, SFTP, SCP, FTPS, HTTP, etc).

 


Report Detail Tab

Details of the report to be scheduled.

Report - the name of the report;
Parameters - any parameters that should be provided to the report.

 


Operations

From here you can:

Save - click the Save button to apply the changes;
Delete - click the Delete button to remove the entry.
