A Management Information report showing the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for an outbound campaign and for the lists which have been dialled in this campaign.  If no Campaign is selected then only the Campaign KPIs are shown.  The list KPIs are only displayed when a campaign is selected.

KPIs and DMCs are business outcomes with the appropriate pre-defined outcome categories.


Campaign KPI Panel

Campaign - the campaign name as a grouping;
Date - a breakdown of each day within the date range given;

Attempts - the number of calls attempted;
Connects - the number of calls that have connected;
Accounts - the number of unique accounts contacted;
DMC’s - the number of calls that have been categorised as a Decision Maker Contact (DMC).  These are based on business outcomes with a category of DMC set against the call;
KPI - the number of calls that have been categorised as Key Performance Indicator (KPI).  These are based on business outcomes with a category of KPI set against the call;
Logged Hours - the total of number of agents logged on hours (rounded to 2 decimal places);
Column Grouping Per Hour Logged On (all values are rounded to 2 decimal places) ...
Attempts - the number of calls attempted divided by the number of hours logged on;
Connects - the number of calls connected divided by the number of hours logged on;
Accounts - the number of unique accounts divided by the number of hours logged on;
DMC - the number of calls categorised as DMC divided by the number of hours logged on;
KPI - the number of calls categorised as KPI divided by the number of hours logged on;
Column Grouping Percent (all values are rounded to 2 decimal places) ...
DMC per Attempt - the number of calls categorised as DMC divided by the number of calls attempted;
DMC per Connect - the number of calls categorised as DMC divided by the number of calls connected;
DMC per Account - the number of calls categorised as DMC divided by the number of unique Accounts;
KPI per DMC - the number of calls categorised as KPI divided by the number of calls categorised as DMC;
Connect Rate - the number of calls connected divided by the number of calls attempted;
Busy Time - the total of busy time divided by the total logged on time.

List - the list name as a grouping;
All other columns are as per the Campaign KPI panel defined above.
