Default Personal Wallboard Panel

A historic view of the calls presented to the user and user group to which they belong.

Item - the user or the user group;
Calls - the number of calls presented to this user or group today;
Success - the number of calls with a connect (talk) time greater than zero by this user or group today;
Avg Talk - the average talk time for calls to this user or group today.

 


Inbound Queue Display Length Panel

Details of the calls on the queues serviced by this user.

Queue - the queues from which the selected user may receive calls;
Waiting - the number of calls currently waiting in queue;
Longest Wait - the duration of longest waiting call currently in the queue.
