The Salesforce APEX API is provides Web Advisor CallGuide with the ability to integrate with Salesforce. Once enabled, CallGuide can create, read and update SalesForce records.
Microsoft Dynamics integration provides Web Advisor CallGuide with the ability to integrate with MS Dynamics. Once enabled, CallGuide can create, read and update Dynamics records.
This reports allows the enabling of Web AdVisor to integrate with these 3rd Party applications.
