Manage the properties of a global variable.
General
The Global Routing Variables page is displayed.
| • | Name - the name of the variable to be used in the script(s); |
| • | Description - a textual description; |
| • | Type - the type of variable (e.g. String, Boolean, Integer, a device, user, skill, etc.); |
| • | Value - the default value set to used inside the script(s). |
Operations
| • | Save - click the Save button to apply the changes. If this is a new entry it will appear on the CallDirector Scripts report; |
| • | Delete - click the Delete button at the top of the report to delete this entry. |
