Manage the properties of an individual Email template.
General Tab
Details for this template.
| • | Template Name - the name of the template; |
| • | Contents - the actual Email text. This may contain CLIPboard element names which will be substituted for their contents at time of transmission. CLIPboard elements can be added directly (preceded with a $) or can be selected from the CLIPboard Elements drop-down menu (this has a list of the data store elements). Editor function buttons are also available such as undo, redo, clear screen, and the usual HTML text formatting options (see typical display for details). |
Introductory Email Tab
Allows this template to be used in an outbound campaign as the introductory email.
| • | Available / Selected - move the campaign names between Available and Selected using the buttons provided to use this email template as the outbound introductory email. The template may also be set from the Campaign Properties Email tab. |
Termination Email Tab
Allows this template to be used in an outbound campaign as the termination email.
