This report gives an indication as to how long your outbound accounts will last based on the number of terminated accounts and the number of agents logged on to the campaign(s) over the last hour.  It also allows an alternative number of agents to be input to compare the dialling account depletion against the current last hour agent load.

Note: The accuracy of this report depends on how long the campaign has been running.  The longer it runs the more accurate the prediction becomes.


Main Panel

This consists of a 2 line graph as follows:

Number of accounts - the vertical axis shows the number of accounts in the campaign(s) and list(s) selected;
Hours - the horizontal axis is split into 1 hours segments over a period of 24 hours, with 0 representing the current hour.  This means that each hour the data effectively shifts to the left.
Remaining with Current Agents - this line on the graph shows the predicted number of non-terminated accounts that will remain per hour based on the number of agents currently logged on;
Remaining with Alternate Agents - this line on the graph shows the predicted number of non-terminated accounts that would remain per hour if the number of agents in the Alternate Agent input box were logged on.
