A Management Information report showing a view of the voice mails for each agent.


Voice Mail Panel

A list of unread (new) voice mail messages, and a list of voice mails that have been marked as listened to.

Start Time - the date and time that the voice mail was left;
Class - the final call class of the call (the call may have had more than one call class whilst being routed to voice mail);
From - the CLI of the customer that left the voice mail;
Dialled Digits - the dialled digits used that resulted in the voice mail;
User Name - the user connected to the station at which the voice mail was left.

 

From here you can:

Play - click the play icon to the right of the entry to listen to the voice mail.  The Playback dialog is displayed.
