<Queues and Routing Report   How to navigate to this page>   Typical display>

Manage the properties of an individual routing numbers entry.

General Tab

Details that determine how inbound calls to this number are routed.

Routing Number - the name of the new routing number device;
Description - a textual description of the new routing number device;
Switch - the switch to which this routing number belongs (normally Invex);
Switch Reference - the dialled digits shown in various reports for calls that are routed through this number;
Script - the name of the routing script to be triggered when calls arrive - this is set from a drop-down list of available scripts (default is Invex Inbound Routing).  Select --- New Script --- menu option and click Save to to navigate to the New CallDirector Script dialog from where a new script can be created.
Script Variables - optional script variables associated with the script (for example MaxQueueTime, ProgressInterval, Queue, Skill, etc).  The queue and skill variables are selected using drop-down menus listing all the currently configured items as the options.  A Create New button is also provided so that a new queue or skill can be created as required.

Both the Description and Switch Reference fields can be synchronised with the Routing Number field.  These are automatically synchronised should their contents be the same.  This means that changing the contents of Routing Number will automatically change the contents of the other synchronised fields, and these fields cannot be changed independently.

To remove synchronisation simply click the icon to the right of the field.  This then allows this field to be changed independently.  Clicking the icon back to synchronisation mode will automatically update the contents to reflect that in the Routing Number contents.
