To create a new web chat routing point entry click the Create button from the Web Chat Routing panel on the Web Chat Routing report.
To modify the properties of an existing entry click the Web Chat name from the Web Chat Routing panel on the Web Chat Routing report and select Properties from the drop-down menu.
