A Management Information report showing the customer specific data associated with a single call (normally an outbound call).  Data associated with this call can be modified if the supervisor has the appropriate permission, otherwise it can only be viewed.


Call Data Panel

This is simply a list of the customer data associated with this call.  The panel title and row titles will differ depending on your data store definition.

Name - the name of the column in the data store history table – this is taken from the field prompt of the data store rather than the raw column name;
Contents - the contents of the field for this particular call.

 

From here you can change the call data by editing the appropriate fields and clicking the Save button.  This function is only available should the user have permission to do so (otherwise the data can be viewed only).

Note: the customer data is only changed for this specific instance of the call and is not changed in the data store itself.
