<Agent Simulation Configuration

To configure the agent simulation for an agent group select the Simulation tab from the Agent Group Properties page.

 

It can also be reached from the desktop Agent Simulator GUI by selecting the Agent Sessions or Configuration options from the Agents drop-down menu, or any of the options from the Calls menu.
